Refund Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction for every purchase at Bubbzi. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or missing, you are eligible for a refund or exchange. All refund or return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your goods. Please contact our support team at +60 12-211 1532 with your order number, the reason for your request, and sufficient proof (such as a photograph) of the defect or issue.

Refunds are processed after we verify the returned item. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be made through your original method of payment within 14 days of return approval. Please note, returns based on change of mind are not accepted, in line with Malaysian Consumer Protection guidelines.

All refund and replacement requests are subject to the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999. If a product is found to be intentionally damaged or misused, Bubbzi reserves the right to reject the refund or exchange request.
